The Emerald Golf Club is a tough Golf course found to the South of Pattaya. The course was designed to match the surrounding environment, so be sure to expect undulating fairways, plenty of trees and a fair amount of elevation changes. Most golfers who come to Pattaya for a golf holiday consider The Emerald Golf Club one of the toughest golf courses in Thailand, as it is a tight course with plenty of spots to get your golf ball into trouble.
One feature that many find difficult at the Emerald Golf Club is the elevated greens – these can be around 20 feet above your ball in some places and will take some excellent shots to reach in regulation. The Emerald Golf Club is also a favorite with local expats, who can be found playing the course 7 days a week from Bang Chang down the road.
